meet the founder

I've spent years in the dance industry as a coach, studio manager and competition attendee, and I know just how much work goes into preparing for competition day.

I created Voltage because I wanted to build the kind of event I'd love to attend myself. One where dancers leave feeling proud, teachers feel supported, and every detail has been carefully considered.
